My most memorable meal was at this lovely Afghan restaurant called Ariana. From the saucy Borani-e-badenjan (top left) to the most perfectly baked naan (top right) to the most tender, fall of the bone lamb in Afghanistan’s national dish, Qabuli Pulao or Kabuli Palaw (bottom left). <3
