At a modern side of Tbilisi with fellow world traveler Juliana Dever (Clever Dever Wherever) at Davit Agmashenebeli is a colorful, pedestrian-only thoroughfare that was just completed last September 2016, lined with with restaurants, cafes and wine bars.
