Nobu Manila- Chef Zac Hillberry

At the helm of the Nobu Manila kitchen is chef Zac Hillbery, from Nobu Las Vegas! This is an old photo of him I snapped last January (as I was unable to take a pic of him last night)-- but he looks exactly the same-- like no time has passed! :)
